Have a question about the UK Mental Health Study, need data for a publication, or want to collaborate? We'd love to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the study take?

The questionnaire takes approximately 3–4 minutes to complete. You will receive your regional comparison results immediately.

Is my data truly anonymous?

Yes. Quiz responses are never linked to your identity. We collect your postcode prefix (e.g., M1) for regional mapping only, not your full address. Email is optional and stored separately.

Can I delete my quiz responses?

Because responses are submitted anonymously without any personal identifier, we cannot trace individual submissions back to a specific person. However, if you provided an email, we can delete that upon request.

Who is behind this study?

The Great British Depression & Treatment Map is an independent research initiative focused on mapping the real state of mental health and alternative treatment demand across the UK, filling gaps left by traditional NHS reporting.

When will the full report be published?

The report will be compiled once we reach our target of 2,000 respondents — the Gold Standard used by YouGov and OnePoll. Participants who provide their email will be notified when the report is available.
