Hive Bio Malta combines ketamine‑assisted psychotherapy (KAP) with holistic healing in a residential retreat on Gozo island, Malta. Clients first complete a three‑week online preparation phase to explore lifestyle habits and set intentions for therapy. They then spend a week at the retreat where experienced clinicians provide 3–4 supervised KAP sessions, 1‑on‑1 counselling, yoga, nutrition and other wellness activities. After the retreat, participants engage in a further three weeks of online integration sessions to reflect on their experiences and receive ongoing support.
