Global Psychedelic Week 2025: 7 Must-See Speakers, 5000 Participants, 100 Countries
One of the missions at States of Mind is to inform and engage audiences about progressive mental health topics — and psychedelic medicine is a leading option for people looking for innovative healing alternatives.
Global Psychedelic Week 2025 is helping this movement, by creating a conference to educate and increase access to the psychedelic space. Taking place from November 3–9, this decentralized event brings together over 5,000 participants from more than 100 countries, hosting 100+ grassroots gatherings around the world.
Decentralizing the Psychedelic Movement
While traditional conferences and events normally center around a single venue, Global Psychedelic Week attempts to shake up this model by working with a distributed network of events, working independently but under the same banner. The idea is to increase access and democratize the conversation about psychedelics.
Local communities, researchers, healers, and artists are empowered to shape their own programming, ensuring the dialogue reflects the diversity of the psychedelic medicine movement.
“We designed Global Psychedelic Week so no one is left out of this conversation,” says co-founder Milica Radovic Mandic. “Whether you join online or in one of the 100-plus community events from Armenia to Argentina, you are part of a collective effort to move this field forward in an ethical and inclusive way.”
That vision of openness and collaboration runs throughout the week’s programming, which holds space for research, indigenous wisdom, business innovation, and creative expression.
A Global Journey Through The Psychedelic Space
Each morning begins with a guided meditation by East Forest, composed exclusively for the event. The musician, known for his ceremonial beats and reflective soundscapes, sets the tone for a day. Beginning with an intentional pause before the global exchange of ideas gets going.
Each day of Global Psychedelic Week explores a distinct facet of the psychedelic experience:
- Day 1 – Global Community Day (Nov 3): Celebrating the strength and diversity of psychedelic communities.
- Day 2 – Psychedelic Business Day (Nov 4): Featuring Robin Carhart-Harris and other innovators exploring how ethics and science-backed entrepreneurship are shaping the global psychedelic economy.
- Day 3 – Legacy Day (Nov 5): Honoring indigenous and underground lineages that have guided psychedelic traditions.
- Day 4 – Veterans Day (Nov 6): Highlighting the healing potential of psychedelics for veterans living with PTSD.
- Day 5 – Inclusion & Diversity Day (Nov 7): Featuring Rick Doblin and a global cast of voices focused on equitable access to psychedelic therapy.
- Day 6 – Women in Psychedelics Day (Nov 8): Dr. Pamela Kryskow headlines discussions on women’s health, leadership, and sovereignty within the psychedelic space.
- Day 7 – Psychedelics and Humanity Day (Nov 9): A creative finale exploring art, technology, and consciousness, culminating in an immersive keynote by Jason Silva.

He founded the Centre for Psychedelic Research at Imperial College London and has pioneered major studies on a range of psychedelics. “Global Psychedelic Week is the most comprehensive and decentralized international celebration of psychedelic culture and science to date, and it comes at a time when the world needs it more than ever,” says co-founder Dennis Walker. “This event is a symbol of international cooperation and solution-oriented action where indigenous traditions, underground activism, and modern clinical science regarding psychedelics are weighted with equal gravity, and where the outcome will have a tangible and measurable impact on global society.”
