Jasmine Virdi (she/her) is a writer, educator, lyric essayist, activist, Hakomi-informed somatic coach, and lover of this earthly existence. Her creative and written work explores plant medicines, spirituality, deep ecology, Indigenous and more-than-human rights, reworlding, and decolonisation. Her writing has appeared in DoubleBlind Magazine, Open Democracy, and the Chacruna Institute.
