Roxana Junczyk

Roxana Junczyk is a psychologist based in Berlin, offering psychotherapy and breathwork facilitation. Her work combines psychological therapy with breathwork techniques to support emotional processing, self-exploration, and expanded states of consciousness, tailored to each individual’s needs.

Service

Roxana offers individual psychological sessions and guided breathwork sessions under the modality described as PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® — a method combining fast rhythmic breathing, breath retention, and music accompaniment. Her services include therapeutic support for emotional stress, tension release, inner critic work, and deeper self-awareness, aiming to help clients access emotional clarity and psychological healing. Sessions may include a psychological “check-in,” guided breathwork practice, integration and reflective closing.

Safety

Prior to breathwork sessions, Roxana conducts a check-in and intention-setting to ascertain suitability. The breathwork modality is explicitly stated to have contraindications: it is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, serious cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, high intraocular pressure, history of stroke, recent surgery, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, or psychosis. Clients must confirm they are medically fit to participate when booking.

Care pathway

Clients begin with a check-in conversation to discuss their intentions and personal history. If breathwork is appropriate, a session is scheduled. The session involves warm-up breathing exercises, explanation of the breathing technique, the main breathwork practice with music, followed by a rest and integration phase and a psychological check-out. Clients can also book one-on-one (online or in Studio in Berlin) or group sessions (in Berlin), depending on their needs.
