Location Italy
Valerio Scaramucci

Valerio Scaramucci is a certified counselor offering online counselling with a focus on self knowledge, trauma healing and relationship work. His approach is shaped by a long standing personal practice in yoga and meditation and later training in Western psychology. He works experientially and relationally, helping people explore the inner mechanisms behind their thoughts, emotions and behaviour, with the aim of understanding recurring patterns and moving toward a more fulfilling life. His work is available in English, Italian and Spanish.

Service

Valerio offers individual online counselling and couple therapy, drawing on Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and his background in meditation and yoga. In couple work he uses the Intimacy from the Inside Out model (based on Internal Family Systems) to help partners understand what happens within each of them, work through recurring conflicts and strengthen connection. For individuals he works with internal parts, body based trauma work and reflective dialogue to support greater self awareness and change.

He also provides psychedelic plants medicine integration sessions. These are designed for people who have had psychedelic experiences, particularly with ayahuasca and other plant medicines, and want a structured space to process what emerged. Integration sessions focus on making sense of insights, emotions and themes such as trauma, emotional wounds and shadow aspects, and on translating these into concrete steps and life changes.

Safety

Safety on the site is framed through professional training and the use of established therapeutic models rather than medical governance. Valerio is presented as a certified counselor registered with an Italian counselling association, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a trainee in Internal Family Systems. The psychedelic work described is integration only, not the supply or administration of substances, and is focused on psychological processing after experiences held elsewhere. No emergency or crisis services are advertised, and the work is positioned as counselling and integration support rather than medical treatment.

Care pathway

This first meeting is an opportunity to get to know his approach, ask questions and assess whether working together feels like a good fit. Ongoing sessions are held online via video (for example Google Meet) at an agreed frequency, typically weekly or by weekly. The website lists transparent pricing for single sessions and packages, and clients can pay by bank transfer, Revolut, Wise, PayPal or cryptocurrency.
