“The Whole World in One Fractal” — A TRYP Expo Recap
Last week, a big States of Mind team made the trip to Berlin for TRYP Expo 2026. Held May 15-17 at the iconic Funkhaus Berlin, TRYP is Europe’s largest gathering dedicated to the psychedelic industry, blending science, wellness, and human energy. Over three days, this expo brought together researchers, clinicians, practitioners, artists, and curious minds from across the continent — with more than 80 speakers, 150+ exhibitors, and countless conversations.
Our team took the stage with a keynote From Fringe to Framework: Building the Infrastructure of Psychedelic Practice. The core idea is simple but vital: as psychedelic-assisted therapy becomes more accessible across Europe, the field still lacks the independent verification, shared standards, and accountability — the real infrastructure, in short, to support it safely.
Good intentions are not a safety standard.
The quality of your psychedelic experience should never be a matter of luck.

But what does the rest of the community think — and what future are they here to build? To get to know the TRYP community better, we went around the space and asked guests three questions:
- What brought you into psychedelics?
- What unites you with the people here?
- What do you wish to see in the future of the psychedelic industry?
Curious about the answers? So were we — and here’s what we heard.
